- 100 gr oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 8 kiwiberries
- 250ml of milk (skimmed or plant based)
- 30 gr of grated almonds
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- A handful of blueberries
Overnight banana Kiwiberry oats
Peel the banana, place it in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Poor in the milk, the honey and the oats, mix well and add your kiwiberries cut in halves.
Cover your bowl and place it in the fridge to rest overnight (or at least for 2,5 hours).
Before eating it top your oatmeal with the grated almonds.
Tip: make your mixture directly in an empty jam jar or to go recipient to have your breakfast on the go.
